Lianabel Oliver,
President and Founder of Pathways, is a nationally recognized expert in
the field of planning and cost management.
She has oextensive industry
experience in management training and consulting over a broad range of
industries.
Ms. Oliver is the author of Designing Strategic Cost Systems: How to
Unleash the Power of Cost Information (JohnWiley & Sons, April 2004)
and The Cost Management Toolbox: A Manager's Guide to Controlling
Costs and Boosting Profits (AMACOM Books, 2000). She is a
Course Developer and Faculty Practitioner for the American Management
Association (AMA) in New York and is the author of the AMA Course #2259 titled
The Essentials of Budgeting: From Creation to Application. She is
also a contributor to the book

(AMACOM, 2004). Ms. Oliver
holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Stanford
University and has a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology and
Administrative Sciences from Yale University, where she graduated with
honors in psychology. Ms. Oliver is a Certified Management Accountant
(CMA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Commonwealth of
Puerto Rico.
